Reflections - A Journey of Discovery By Kingfisher Kingfisher

Phiroz Mehta

Phiroz Mehta (1902–1994) was an Indian-
born writer and lecturer on religious topics.

During his lifetime he gave over three thousand talks on religion and Indian culture throughout England, Holland, Germany, India and at his London home, Dilkusha.

Phiroz always insisted that he was not to be regarded as a guru or as a leader of any movement, but essentially as a fellow student. He regarded every person as being unique, discovering truth through his or her own way of life.

The Phiroz Mehta Trust

Formed in 1988, this charity aims to promote the study and practise of the world’s great religions and the art of religious living, which is truly Human Living. They do not aim to make converts, or to list things in which to believe.

The Trust holds a collection of recorded talks given by Phiroz during his lifetime, and his library of books on philosophy and the religions, for use by all who are interested.
